01Who can apply to Zoftvo?
Students, recent graduates, and experienced builders are all welcome. We care about how you think, learn, and collaborate as much as your current title.
02Are internships paid?
Our internships are paid when the role and scope support it. The listing and offer letter always make the compensation terms clear.
03How long is the internship program?
Our standard internship sprint is 12 weeks, with enough structure to learn and enough time to ship something meaningful.
04Can interns work remotely?
Yes. Some roles are remote-first and some are hybrid. The job card always shows the intended setup, and we design collaboration to work async.
05How long does selection take?
Most applicants hear from us within 7-10 business days after applying. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
06Do I need a computer science degree?
No. Strong fundamentals, evidence of learning, and a clear point of view can come from many paths.
07Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but choose roles where your story is strongest. We will help route your application if another team looks like a better fit.
08What happens after I apply?
You will receive a confirmation email right away, then a human review. If there is a next step, we will send the details by email.
